SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping carriers: UPS, USPS (post office) and DHL for some International shipments.

 

SHIPPING OPTION ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (after processing)

US Express delivery 1-2 business days

US Standard Delivery 3-5 business days

International Shipping 3-8 business days

Once the carrier has scanned in the package delivery times will become available. Use tracking information sent to your communication preference on your order (email or text message).

INCORRECT ADDRESS: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Contacting the shipper carrier can expedite locating the package by giving them tracking information details. If the package is returned to us we will ship for a reduced fee, this process can take up to 14 days. No refunds will given.

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control
• Packages that are missing and have a delivered confirmation, if you feel your package has been stolen:

          Check household members

          Around your house/ apartment office

          Ask carrier for information

          Contact shipper with details of what happened for next steps

All packages are insured through shippers carrier website via claims, please contact the carrier to start the process for lost or damaged packages while in the carriers possession.
