You have 7 days to complete a return, from the day of delivery.
We offer store credit for approved returns. We do not refund cash back.
Send a request for a return to infoatshopmuted@gmail.com (name, phone, order number) Read return rules below carefully.
Once approved you will receive an address to ship the return to. Ship with a preferred carrier of your choice, customer pays for shipping returns.
Allow up to 14 days for processing returns and credits. Credits are emailed or texted to the number and email information on the original order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, makeup, deoderant, perfume, tears, rips, damaged, dry cleaned or laundered.
If we receive items that are not approved Sale items, jewelry, accessories, intimate styles, bodysuits, undergarments, boob tape or support, jeweled items, lingerie.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
All items are inspected thoroughly before shipment.
We recommend not trying on items that may cause defects to merchandise if items appear to be smaller or sized differently than what was assumed at purchase.
Please send photos to infoatshopmuted@gmail.com for defects caused by manufacturer. Allow 1-3 business days for a response.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping carriers: UPS, USPS (post office) and DHL for some International shipments.
SHIPPING OPTION ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (after processing)
US Express delivery 1-2 business days
US Standard Delivery 3-5 business days
International Shipping 3-8 business days
Once the carrier has scanned in the package delivery times will become available. Use tracking information sent to your communication preference on your order (email or text message).
INCORRECT ADDRESS: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Contacting the shipper carrier can expedite locating the package by giving them tracking information details. If the package is returned to us we will ship for a reduced fee, this process can take up to 14 days. No refunds will given.

All packages are insured through shippers carrier website via claims, please contact the carrier to start the process for lost or damaged packages while in the carriers possession.
